It is equipped with essentials such as a stove with three burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable bedroom with a cozy double bed, 160 cm wide. The spacious bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink.

Please note that the area is not fenced, and the neighbor has a dog. A short distance away is the owner's house, which features soccer goals for anyone wanting to kick around a ball.
