In a quiet residential neighborhood, you’ll find this home—perfect for those who want to live comfortably with their own garden while being within walking distance of all that Visby has to offer. On the entrance floor, you are welcomed by a hallway leading to a spacious kitchen with a large dining table. This floor also features a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. An additional toilet is available upstairs.

On the upper floor, you will find a cozy living room with a sofa set and a TV. There are also two peaceful bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. From the upper floor, you can also enjoy the view from a lovely balcony.

The garden offers seating areas and barbecue facilities, with a lush green space perfect for relaxation and play. A majestic walnut tree provides a generous harvest in the fall. There is ample parking space in the driveway, accommodating at least two cars.
