Welcome to a newly renovated and stately house in beautiful Bokenäs – a place for relaxation and community.

With a jetty just 100 meters from the house, a refreshing morning swim is always close by, and for a slightly larger swimming area, Kompasviken awaits about 1 km away. The house invites you to socialize with generous spaces. In the entrance there is a hanging area and armchairs to relax with a good book. The large kitchen has plenty of work space, a kitchen island and a large, lovely dining table to gather around. Relax on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove if the weather permits. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. Laundry room with dryer.

Upstairs there is plenty of room for the whole party with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two single beds in the other. A living room with a sofa bed and good storage facilities.

The area offers fantastic excursions - take a day trip to the Kalvön nature reserve which is a real gem. Here you can hike in hilly terrain on nice paths, take a salty dip from the rocks around the island and enjoy the magical nature.

You are also close to the charming hidden gems of the west coast such as Grundsund, Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil and other fine summer gems. Bokenäs itself offers flea markets, summer cafes and many beautiful places. With about 25 minutes to Torp Shopping Center in Uddevalla you will find everything you could possibly need when it comes to shopping and restaurant selection. 15 minutes to Rotan with everything for the home including food and supplies. Destination Bokenäset has a restaurant (5km), also Stallgården (11.5km) and Wilmas Brygga both offer good food in a pleasant atmosphere. Dragsmark monastery ruins are an exciting excursion destination for the whole family. Just under 20 minutes by car to Hafsten where a fantastic sandy beach, diving tower and even a high-altitude course for the brave await.
