Welcome to a cozy holiday home by the sea in beautiful Uthammar, just outside Figeholm. Here, you are surrounded by nature, with the sea, swimming spots, and lovely walking paths right on your doorstep.

The house features three decks with outdoor furniture, so you can easily find your favorite spot for your morning coffee, a delicious dinner, or a relaxing moment in the sun.

The large deck at the back is something special—offering a private, peaceful setting with a beautiful view of a meadow and the surrounding nature. The deck is also fenced, making it perfect for those traveling with a dog.

It is just a short walk from the house to the area's two lovely swimming spots. One offers a wonderful sandy beach and a jetty, perfect for both adults and children. The other features a jetty and is better suited for those who prefer swimming in deeper water.

If you follow the coastal path (approx. 3 km), you will reach picturesque Figeholm, where you can find a restaurant and a shop—a great destination for a walk or a bike ride.

Three bicycles are available for your use if you wish to explore the surrounding area.

The house features an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a lounge area. There is plenty of room to socialize, cook together, and relax after the day's excursions. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV offering a wide range of channels.

The house has two lovely bedrooms: • One bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

• One bedroom with two fresh single beds. • Adjacent to the bedroom with the double bed, there is also a small open-plan room featuring a junior bed.

• The living room includes a spacious sofa bed that converts into a double bed; comfortable mattress toppers are available in the wardrobe for added comfort.

A large bottom sheet for the double bed is provided; guests are required to bring their own additional bed linen and towels.

The large, fresh bathroom is equipped with a sauna, washing machine, and tumble dryer—convenient features for longer stays.

Dogs are warmly welcome. The large deck at the back is fenced, allowing your dog to spend time outdoors safely. However, dogs must be kept on a leash within the cottage area itself.

Due to cat allergies, cats are not permitted.

Electric vehicles are not alloved to be charged at the house.

The wood-burning stove in the house are not alloved to be used.
