A pleasant and well-planned holiday home in a smaller cottage area. Very close by is the Tönnersa nature reserve and beach. The area is framed by agricultural landscape and forest area. Enjoy warm summer evenings in the cottage's sheltered courtyard. In the area there is a shared boules court and playground. From the entrance at the back of the house and courtyard there is the hall and a bathroom with shower. The heart of the house is a spacious open living room with comfortable seating and TV. Adjacent is the dining area and the open well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, one has a single bed and an armchair bed. Another bedroom has an armchair bed. The house has a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet with your morning coffee and evening meal. The beautiful and varied stretch of coast from the outlet of the Lagan in the south to Laxvik in the north offers both varied beaches and beautiful walking and cycling paths through nature conservation areas. The nearby nature reserve has a fantastic nature with rolling dunes and sparkling sea. Within easy reach is Laholm, which has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here, the Lagan winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. A short drive away you have Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. To the south, the settlement transitions to Skummeslövstrand with a summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Just south of that, you reach Bjärehalvön with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north, you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. The nearest golf course is Tönnersjö Gk.
