Welcome to a property in excellent condition, boasting a wonderful location near the shore in the heart of charming Byxelkrok on Öland.

You will be staying just 240 meters from the sea, with a lovely path through the woods leading you directly down to Byxelkrok’s beautiful beach.

Everything you need for a truly delightful holiday is close at hand—the beach, the harbor area with its restaurants, ice cream kiosks, and small boutique shops. At the same time, the property is situated in a quiet spot on a cul-de-sac, allowing you to retreat and enjoy the tranquility of your vacation.

The cottage is located on the same plot as the owner’s residence, but you have your own private section of the garden where you can relax and enjoy your time off.

The cozy, covered patio will quickly become your favorite spot. It is equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a windbreak—perfect for long breakfasts, pleasant barbecue evenings, and relaxing moments after a day by the sea.

Built in 2017, the cottage offers 29 square meters of well-planned space, including a sleeping loft. Inside, you will find an inviting open-plan living area featuring a kitchen, a dining space, and two armchairs where you can sit back with a good book or watch TV. Sleeping arrangements consist of a separate bedroom with a 140 cm-wide double bed, plus a sleeping loft with two additional beds.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, induction cooktop, and refrigerator. The fresh, modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating.

For an extra comfortable stay, the cottage also includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a wide selection of TV channels.

A charging station with a Type 2 socket is available for electric vehicles. Charging is paid for on-site at a rate of 4 SEK/kWh.

For those seeking more activity, there is an outdoor gym and group exercise sessions. If you’d like to explore more of northern Öland, the popular beach at Böda Sand is just about 6 km away. Also, don’t miss Trollskogen (the Enchanted Forest) or the sea stacks at Byrum—both are well worth a visit.
