Welcome to a charming stone house with a large garden, beautifully situated in the Öland countryside between Kårehamn and Äleklinta. Here, you stay in a peaceful, natural setting while remaining close to swimming spots, beaches, Borgholm, and other popular attractions.
The house is close to both Öland’s east and west coasts, making it the perfect base for exploring the island's many wonderful excursion spots and swimming areas.
The spacious garden offers plenty of room for play, relaxation, and enjoying quality time together. Outdoor furniture is provided, allowing you to sit back with your morning coffee, enjoy a delicious dinner, or simply soak up the tranquility and the natural beauty of Öland.
The house features a newly renovated, high-standard kitchen, making it easy to prepare tasty meals during your holiday. There is also a pleasant dining area where the family can gather.
Upstairs, you will find two cozy bedrooms nestled right under the roofline. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the other has two single beds.
The upper floor also includes a smaller living room with a TV.
A bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor.
Kårehamn and Äleklinta are both nearby, offering opportunities for refreshing swims and the chance to enjoy Öland’s beautiful coastal scenery.
It takes about ten minutes by car to reach the long, lovely sandy beaches of Köpingsvik. There is another holiday home on the same property available for rent via Stugsommar/DanCenter (property number 63383); this is ideal for a larger group wishing to holiday together while still appreciating having separate accommodation.
The house is not rented to youth groups.
The house is not rented out for parties.
Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted.
Lighting a fire in the kitchen wood stove is not permitted.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
The barn on the property is not in use.
