Welcome to a wonderful holiday home with a completely private and scenic location - while you are only 400 meters from Ölands Golf Club. Here you live surrounded by beautiful nature with a large, private garden surrounded by a charming stone wall and greenery that creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The generous terrace invites you to wonderful holiday days and summer evenings. There is a nice dining area for shared dinners, a comfortable lounge group, armchairs and sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening.

The house has an open and bright floor plan with large windows for nice light and high ceilings for a lovely space. The kitchen is well equipped with most things you need for a comfortable stay and is located next to the nice dining area. The living room has a stylish sofa group in front of the TV.

In the main building there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the other is equipped with a pull-out bed that is made up into a double bed. Via the balcony deck you also reach the cozy guest cottage where there is another double bed, which makes the accommodation perfect for families or groups who want a little extra space.

Please note that the house is not rented to young people or for parties.

Smoking is not allowed.

Charging of electric cars is not allowed.

For hot summer days there is also an outdoor shower where you can cool off after the beach or golf course. Just remember to turn off the water at the water spout after use.

Here you live in a perfect starting point for discovering Öland and everything the island has to offer. In the vicinity there are several nice sandy beaches where you can enjoy the sun and swimming during hot summer days. The closest is Bläsinge Tingskullen which is a quieter beach with wonderful sand. You are also close to Sandbybadet and Böda's undulating beaches.
