The property is located by Lake Bolmen, Sweden's 12th largest lake, known in sport fishing circles for its fantastic fishing opportunities. For those interested in fishing, there is a cleaning area, where you can clean the day's catch directly after the fishing trip. The surrounding nature is fantastic to walk in and you can pick mushrooms and berries in the forest right behind the houses. The sheltered location on the edge of the forest means that the houses are protected from the wind. The swimming area that belongs to the cottages is about 50 meters below the houses. There is a rowing boat and a kayak to use but are shared by both rental houses.

The cottage consists of a self-catering kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room and two toilets, one of which has a shower. There is a 120 cm wide bed downstairs for 1-2 people, and a sleeping loft with 4 beds.
