Large house that offers a fantastic opportunity for several families or groups to vacation together in a wonderful environment!

Completely undisturbed location, here you can really enjoy the peace and quiet with the lovely forest right outside. Within easy walking distance you have the sparkling waters of Lagan if you want to take a refreshing dip or take a trip in the canoe. The house is located on a large plot in the forest and here you have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. There is both a pool, a wood-fired hot tub and a sauna. NOTE: The pool is not heated but stays about 18 degrees during the summer.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a nice window overlooking the patio where you can sit down in the outdoor furniture and maybe put something good on the grill. There are three wood-burning stoves in the house, one of which is in the kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa group and a TV that you can stream to via chromecast. There is also a wood-burning stove here that spreads a cozy atmosphere if one day should be a bit chilly. The house has 5 bedrooms; one with a comfortable double bed and access to a lovely balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the evening sun. The second bedroom also has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with toilet and shower. The third bedroom has another double bed and an adjacent space without a door (like an alcove) with a single bed. The fourth bedroom has a 120 cm bed and the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed. Bathroom with toilet and bathtub, then there are two more toilets with toilets.

Pool room with a lovely pool if you want to cool off (it is not heated) and an adjacent room with a sauna and shower. The pool room also has a lovely area with a bar counter and seating.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. There is also an extra dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. Also a table tennis table that can be enjoyed by both adults and children. In the adjoining annex there are two more beds in single beds. There is also a wood-burning stove and a small kitchen area with a fridge and kettle, as well as a small table with a couple of seats. Perfect if you want to divide up the company a bit, there is something for everyone.

A walk on the beautiful winding forest path takes you down to Lagans water where you can swim from the rocks. If you prefer to swim on a sandy beach, you have Mellbystrand's extensive beaches about half an hour's drive away. Welcome to this cozy holiday gem to create your own memories and long to return to!
