The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can easily be converted into two extra beds. The nice bathroom is completely newly renovated and fresh.

The house is not rented to youth groups.

It is not allowed to charge electric cars.

The location makes it easy to discover Öland's many attractions. For those who want to enjoy the sea, there are several nice swimming spots within easy reach. The nearest beach is in Saxnäs, where you will also find a popular summer restaurant.

Please note that the house is located next to the busy road 136, that leads to Borgholm and Köpingsvik. There is a bus stop nearby with connections to, for example, Borgholm and Kalmar.
