Beautiful duplex apartment in a genuine stone barn from the 19th century on the wonderful Ölandsgård in Alvlösa.

Here you can really enjoy your holiday and the wonderful atmosphere that brings to mind Tuscany. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and then lean back in the sun lounger to just enjoy the sun.

A wonderful courtyard with hollyhocks, lavender and Öland stone with the blue pool that adorns the garden gives the right holiday feeling. The characteristically beautiful Öland landscape "Allvaret" is just outside the wall, you can also see the sea on the horizon.

There are three apartments for rent here, which is perfect if you are a group that wants to celebrate a holiday together but still have separate accommodations.

The garden is large and shared, there are dining areas, various outdoor furniture and barbecue areas. There are also plenty of green areas with a trampoline that invites you to play and move.

There is also a large beautiful greenhouse where it is sometimes possible to rent the nice orangery with a beautiful dining area.

Loud parties are not allowed. Celebrations are okay for groups renting three apartments.

Not allowed to charge electric cars.

Smaller dogs are welcome, but not larger dogs.

The duplex apartment is equipped with a fresh kitchen, dining area and toilet with shower on the lower floor.

A staircase takes you up to the beautiful upper floor where the ceiling is open up to the ridge with fine beams. There are skylights and a beautiful window into the courtyard.

There is a double bed and a living area with a sofa that can be made into a double bed, desk and wardrobes.

The pool is an unheated saltwater pool that has a depth of 70cm-180cm. There is a slide for children. The pool is not covered, so keep an eye on children.

Cows can sometimes graze on the grass right outside the house. There are also horses in the area. There are plenty of areas for walking and you are not far from the sea.

You can swim down by the sea from the jetty at the pebble beach, but there are nicer beaches on the eastern side.

Enjoy the more peaceful genuine South Öland with its World Heritage and cozy factor.

Eckelsudde is usually popular for bird watching and for its seal colony.

The nearest small grocery store is in Södra Möckleby. There is a restaurant in Degerhamn. In Mörbylånga there are more restaurants and a larger grocery store. There is a golf course in Degerhamn.
