You have access to a large main house and three separate guest cabins, making the accommodation perfect for larger groups who want to socialize, cook, dine, and create memories together—without everyone having to sleep under the same roof.

The main house features lovely living areas where you can gather and socialize. The spacious kitchen invites you to cook together, while the living room includes both a dining area and a comfortable seating area in front of the wood-burning stove. Upstairs, there is an additional living room with a TV and a cozy atmosphere; however, the upper floor has not been renovated and retains a more rustic character.

Please note that there is only one bathroom (with a toilet and shower) for the entire group.

The property is not rented out to youth groups or for large parties.

An electric vehicle charger is available on-site for an additional fee.

The main house contains one bedroom with a double bed. Each of the three guest cabins is equipped with a double bed. In total, there are four bedrooms with double beds, distributed between the main house and the three guest cabins.

Outside, a lovely private garden awaits, offering beautiful views of the surrounding fields and countryside. On the pleasant deck, furnished with outdoor seating, you can enjoy your morning coffee, long dinners, and relaxing evenings.

For those wishing to explore the local area, there are several bicycles available to borrow "as-is." The selection includes both large and small bikes, as well as a couple of tandem bikes—perfect for a delightful bike ride together. The sea and a refreshing dip are close by. The nearest swimming spot is 3 km away at beautiful Alvedsbodar. Sandby and several other lovely coastal swimming spots are also within easy reach.

For those who appreciate excellent food, the location is hard to beat. You are staying just 1.5 km from the popular Lammet & Grisen, where you can enjoy their renowned barbecue buffet and fantastic grilled dishes.

Inside the barn, there is a table tennis table that invites both young and old to enjoy some playful matches.

The barn is no longer used for livestock, so there are no animals on the farm. Instead, it is part of the farm's rural setting, providing space for activities and wonderful holiday memories.
