Beautifully situated next to lush meadows and grazing pastures, the cottage has a leafy outdoor patio where you can relax and enjoy the sound of birdsong and the sight of cows grazing in the nearby fields. The cottage has been newly renovated, with carefully selected colours and materials throughout. The kitchen and living area are open-plan, with beautiful windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The cosy sleeping loft features a double bed (please note: the ceiling is low) and plenty of storage space. The living area also has a sofa bed that sleeps two.

The lovely outdoor patio is the perfect place to enjoy relaxing moments while taking in views of the surrounding meadows and pastures. The cottage is located on a lush property shared with two other households, although each accommodation has its own private and secluded outdoor area. Electric vehicle charging is also available by prior arrangement with the property owner.

This accommodation is the perfect base for exploring the rest of the island. Take the opportunity to discover both northern and southern Gotland, as well as Visby, with its charming rose-filled lanes in the old town, surrounded by the impressive Visby City Wall.

You are also close to Gotland’s beautiful west coast, with its magical beaches in Tofta, Gnisvärd and Västergarn, as well as fantastic food, charming shops and local crafts.

Other things worth experiencing include visiting Gotland’s famous sea stacks, the “raukar”; heading to Högklint for spectacular views over the sea and coastline – and don’t miss the sunset! Take a walk along the Eksta Coast, with views across the sea towards the Karlsö islands, or bring the children to Kneippbyn, home to the world of Pippi Longstocking.
